Warm-ups

One of the most common questions that we get from our students when we are teaching chemistry classes is: "What is Chemistry good for anyway?" Which translates into "Will what you are teaching us do us any good?" In order to help answer this very important question we have developed a group of web pages to help you explore how chemistry effects your lives and those around you. The "good for" pages are a series of interactive explorations for the student that allow you to discover how chemistry is related to the world in general and also give you a opportunity to earn additional points towards your class grade.
